Samsung Service Information

A day before i back to my hometown to welcome the coming of 2013 year
my precious smartphone Samsung Galaxy S3 decided to shut down itself without my permission
sudden whole screen black out, even take out and replace the battery also could not switch on
Hey!! it only 4 months old ~~


Even just a small case, i also can worry until not sleeping well for whole night
Keep praying after i wake up from sleep, the phone can be switch on
However, technology is not allow miracle to happen ..sigh

After Mr Pig finish his work, we straight away rush to Samsung Service center at PJ
If you can direct send to service center, the process will be faster compare to send to Samsung dealer
That day was Saturday, the service center open from 10am to 1pm only
Without taking any breakfast and lunch, we rush there with empty stomach
When we reach there was 12pm, we get a Number 2094 and the current number is 2045 
The whole service center is flooded with people, and still have people coming in.
(My OS: Samsung product so many problems? Why a lot of people waiting here?)

We waited for 3 hours, yes! is 3 HOURSSSSSS
my stomach keep calling
finally i get served by a very friendly Indian staff.
She can speak mandarin and Cantonese very well
waiting for 3 hours and only take 15 mins to register for my phone to admit to service center
Mr Pig keep saying: don't worry, your phone taking leave to count down from you >.<

The location of service center is only nearby Federal Highway, just beside Avon and a lot of foreign car showroom.

if you can not redirect to the website, you can find it on Samsung website

Go to Support and find Additional Function, click on Online Service Request, Repair, Self tracking.

A new window will pop out





At the left bottom, click on "Check the progress of your repair here without log in"
















A window will pop out and u need to filled at least 2 fields. The Customer number and product serial number is provide in the resit paper that service center provide when you send your product to service.

The serial number (IMEI) is very long in the paper, but you only need to key in the front Alpha Numeric number, exclude the number in (Column).

After that choose the date you send for repair and click SEARCH









It will direct you to another window which show your Service Order Number and your Repair Status












Taada!! my phone is ready to come back to me
